    Ingredients:

    2 and a half cups flour, 1/2 cup butter, 1 and a half teaspoon baking powder, half a teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel, 1/4 cup honey, 1 cup raw and grated sweet potatoes, 1 egg.

    Method: Chop carrots, onion, and celery in a food processor, mix the chopped content with the remaining ingredients and bake it at the temperature of 350° for over 30 minutes. Place the ingredients on cookie sheet before baking.
